2025 Mizuno USA World Games
The United World Games
A travel experience combining basketball, Volleyball, Softball, Lacrosss, Rugby competition, skill development and an immense cultural education to last a lifetime. The tour is led by outstanding coaches, includes a number of sightseeing excursions and caps off by competing at the United World Games, the largest youth tournament in Europe (up to 15 sports, 35 countries represented, and 12,000 athletes from around the world).

When
June 17-23, 2025 (event dates are June 19-22)
Day 1, June 17, 2025 – Welcome to Europe!
• Arrival in Munich
• Transfer to Salzburg
• Guided walking tour of Salzburg - Getreidegasse, Mirabell gardens,
Hohensalzburg fortress (no entrances)
• Dinner at hotel or local restaurant
• Overnight at hotel in Salzburg area

Day 2, 18
th June, 2025 – Salt mines, Klagenfurt (B, D)
• Travel to Hallein (south of Salzburg) by private bus
and visit the salt mines
• Continue to Klagenfurt – host city of the United World Games
• Welcome Dinner at the Stadium
• Overnight in Klagenfurt

Day 3, 19th June, 2025 – Klagenfurt (B, D)
• Volleyball Practice in the morning
• Free time in the city center & at the Players Town
• Oktoberfest including dinner
• Overnight at hotel in Klagenfurt

Day 4, 20th June, 2025 – Klagenfurt (B, L, D)
• Enjoy the 1st Day of the UWG
• Lunch & Dinner at the Players Town
• Have fun at the OPENING CERMONY & Nations’ Parade
• Overnight in Klagenfurt

• Enjoy the 2nd Day of the UWG
• Lunch & Dinner at the Players Town
• Have fun at the PLAYERS PARTY & GALA DINNER (only adults)

nd June, 2025 – Klagenfurt, Vienna (B, L, D)
• Enjoy the final Day of the UWG
• Lunch at the Players Town
• Farewell BBQ Party at the lake

• Travel to Vienna
• On your way stop at the former concentration Camp Mauthausen
• Dinner in Vienna at local restaurant or hotel

Day 8, 24th June, 2025 – Vienna (B, D)
• City tour of the historic city center
• Free time on your own
• Visit the Prater Amusement Park
• Dinner at a local restaurant
• Overnight in Vienna

Day 9, 25th June, 2025 – Bratislava Day-Trip (B, D)
• Visit Bratislav on for the day
• Photo Stop at Bratislava Castle
• Free time in the city
• Farewell dinner

• Breakfast at your hotel or breakfast boxes
• Transfer to the airport for departure flight

Passport book/Visa fees, ETIAS Visa Waiver, round trip transportation costs to our departure airport, one meal per full day, spending money (souvenirs, snacks, drinks, etc.), individual health insurance, recommended travel insurance and customary tipping for delegation managers and bus drivers.
